White Sand Ultra runs through the Rann of Kutch, a UNESCO World Heritage salt desert where the horizon plays tricks and the white ground reflects the sun straight back into your face. The Hell Race flagship desert event offers 50K, 100K, 100 mile and a brutal 135 mile category — one of the very few 135-milers in India — with aid stations every 7K and nothing else for company. Scorching days, freezing nights, and a flat course that is somehow harder for being flat.
