Goa Ultra is Hell Race's monsoon sufferfest — a coastal ultra running point-to-point from Palolem Beach in the south to Bogmalo Beach in the north. 30K, 60K and 120K distances take runners along coastal roads with rolling elevation (up to 1,388m of climb on the 120K) through August humidity, tropical heat, and sudden monsoon downpours. Marketed as the race where "the Goan heat will cook your soul", it trades altitude for suffocating moisture and relentless heat.
